• Berger Geosciences, LLC. is pleased to announce Minerals Management Service (MMS) approval of the first Shallow Hazards Program submitted  under the latest Notice-to-Lessees (NTL's) for 2008.
• B-geO worked with the MMS and our clients to re-structure the Shallow Hazards Program reporting format to achieve a more efficient and timely approval process.
   
• Berger Geociences recently joined the Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) and participated in the semi-annual general meeting.

B-geO is in the process of developing a webinar to debut on October 28, 2008.  The webinar is entitled: "Innovative Approaches for Reducing Costs and Streamlining the EP Permitting Process".  The goal is to demonstrate our capabilities and innovative solutions for complex geologic and permitting challenges.
